    Basically, in aviation there are two broad requirements, one of which is to clear the written theoretical exams which are conducted by DGCA, second is to complete the aeronautical experience as prescribed by DGCA, which is in simple terms, means getting required flying hours. DGCA ground classes are to prepare you for the written theoretical exams.
